Elque Polyesters was incorporated in 1990 for manufacturing thermoplastics. The technology and equipment for the project was supplied by Sunkeyong and Buhler of Switzerland. The project was appraised and funded by foreign currency loans through IDBI and SBI for Rs 333.3 mn and Rs 413.4 mn respectively.
