Shares of KDDL has touched a new lifetime high on Wednesday after the company's subsidiary Ethos signed an agreement with major brands.
KDDL's material subsidiary Ethos has signed franchise contract with Rimowa for the opening of the first Rimowa store in Jio World Plaza, Mumbai. Founded in 1898 in Cologne (Germany), RIMOWA is in a LVMH brands portfolio since 2017. Rimowa is the global leader in premium luggage and essential tools for a lifetime of travel since 1898.
The company has also signed agreement with Bovet. The company has entered into an Exclusive right for distribution, sales and promotion. Founded in 1822 in London, Bovet is a prestigious and High-Quality watches from Bovet Fleurier SA.
Shares of KDDL are trading at Rs 715.80, up Rs 119.30, or 20% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday at 2:57 p.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 715.80 and low of Rs 588.95. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 21,174.
Currently, the stock is trading all time 52-week high, which is above 374.57% over the 52-week low of Rs 150.86.
