Infibeam Incorporation will open on Monday, Mar. 21, 2016, a public issue of equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each (equity shares) for cash at a price band from Rs 360 to Rs 432 a equity share (including a share premium) aggregating up to Rs 4.5 billion.
 
Bids can be made for a minimum of 34 equity shares and in multiples of 34 equity shares thereafter. The bid/ issue closes on Wednesday, Mar. 23, 2016.

The global co-ordinator and book running lead manager to the public issue is SBI Capital Markets and the book running lead manager is Elara Capital (India).
 
The equity shares offered through the issue are proposed to be listed on BSE and National Stock Exchange of India (NSE).
