Indiabulls Real Estate, one of the largest real estate companies in India, has raised Rs 750 million through Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on Private Placement basis on November 23, 2021 at coupon rate 10.50% p.a. The said NCDs maturity date will be November 23, 2022.

"To be secured by First charge by way of mortgage over immovable assets of its subsidiaries/SPVs, in favour of the Debenture Trustee, with a minimum  security cover of 1.25x times on the outstanding amount of the Debentures," the company said.

Shares of the company gained Rs 1.20, or 0.68%, to trade at  Rs 177.60. The total volume of shares traded  was 136,560 at the BSE (9.25 a.m., Thursday). The scrip has touched an intraday high of Rs 178.25 and 174.60.
