Lumax Auto Technologies, manufacturer of automotive parts for two and three-wheeler industry, has incorporated 'Lumax Alps Alpine India' as 50% Subsidiary of the company on Sep. 21, 2021. The company has agreed to subscribe initial capital of 50,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs 5,00,000 (equivalent to 50% of the paid up capital) in this subsidiary company.

Shares of Lumax Auto Technologies  are trading at Rs 138.35, up Rs 1.85, or 1.36%  at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Thursday at 11:00 a.m.

The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 138.95 and low of Rs 137.20. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 3,489.

Currently, the stock is trading down  23.73% from its 52-week high of Rs 181.40  and above 53.72% over the 52-week low of Rs 88.05.
