Lumax Auto Technologies, manufacturer of automotive parts for two and three-wheeler industry, has incorporated 'Lumax Alps Alpine India' as 50% Subsidiary of the company on Sep. 21, 2021. The company has agreed to subscribe initial capital of 50,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs 5,00,000 (equivalent to 50% of the paid up capital) in this subsidiary company.
Shares of Lumax Auto Technologies are trading at Rs 138.35, up Rs 1.85, or 1.36% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Thursday at 11:00 a.m.
