RailTel Corporation of India is an information and communications technology infrastructure provider on Wednesday secured major work orders worth Rs 3,437 million.
The company has bagged order amounting to Rs 223.8 million (Taxes extra as applicable) from Controller General of Defence Accounts, for setting up of Network Operation Centre.
It also secured another order amounting to Rs 119.9 million (Inclusive of applicable taxes/GST) from Axom Sabra Siksha Abhiyan Mission, for Deployment of Artificial Intelligence based Identification System for capturing attendance and Management of SDMIS.
Shares of the company gained Rs 0.95, or 0.77%, to settle at Rs 123.55. The total volume of shares traded was 339,790 at the BSE (Wednesday).
