   Oswal Yarns, engaged in manufacturing and trading of knitted clothes on March 4 announced that the board of Directors of the Company has appointed Nipun Vyas (DIN: 09034734) as an Additional Director (Independent) of the Company for a term of five consecutive years, subject to the approval of the shareholders in their general meeting.

Nipun Vyas aged 24 years is being appointed as an Additional (Independent) Director of the Company for a term five consecutive years. He has experience in the field of management and administration.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.01, or 0.22%, last traded at  Rs 4.50.  The total volume of shares traded  was  43 at the BSE (February 23, 2021).
