Rolta India, a leading provider of information technology consulting, solutions and services on Friday posted a consolidated net loss of Rs  2,928.1 million for the quarter ended December 2020 as against net loss of Rs 2,316.4 million for the same period last year.

Net Sales of the company dropped 23.68% to Rs 2,744 million in the quarter ended December 2020 as against Rs  3,595.3 million during the previous quarter ended December 2019.

Total expenses declined 23.49% to Rs 4,533.5 million in the quarter ended December 2020 as against Rs 5,925.2 million during the previous quarter ended December 2019.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.06, or 1.45%, to trade at  Rs 4.09.  The total volume of shares traded  was  99,283 at the BSE (12.45 p.m., Friday).
