Kranti Industries on Thursday announced that it has performed “Bhoomi Pooja and Ground Breaking Ceremony” on Nov.12, 2020.

The Bhoomi- Pooja of its new manufacturing plant was performed at Pirangut, Pune.

Further, the Company has obtained the necessary permission or approval for the construction activity from the concerned authority. The company has planned for the start of construction activity in due course of time, it said.

Kranti Industries is an India-based manufacturer and supplier of precision machined components. It manufactures products for original equipment manufacturers of diverse industries, such as passenger cars, two wheelers, tractors, construction machineries, railways, light vehicles and heavy trucks.

Shares of the company gained Rs 2.50, or 20%, was last traded at  Rs 15.  The total volume of shares traded  was 3000 at the BSE (Friday, November 13).
