Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL) has entered into a term loan facility agreement for Rs 50 billion with State Bank of India (SBI), 2018 for meeting capital expenditure for expansion / renovation and setting up various undergoing and new transmission and other projects in the company and in identified SPVs / JVs of the company.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.05, or 0.03%, to settle at  Rs 194.90.  The total volume of shares traded  was  590,742 at the BSE (Monday).
