Housing and Urban Infrastructure Finance (HUDCO), which got listed on the bourses today, settled at a premium of 20.92% over its issue price. At the NSE, stock closed at Rs 72.55 a share as against issue price of Rs 60 a share.
Shares witnessed a high of Rs 77.85 and a low of Rs 71.00 after opening at Rs 73 that is 21.67% premium over its issue price.
HUDCO is a wholly owned Government company with focus on Housing and Urban Infrastructure Finance in India. The Government is divesting its 10% stake in the company as part of its disinvestment programs.
