Housing and Urban Infrastructure Finance (HUDCO) got listed on the stock markets on Friday with a premium of 21.67% over its issue price. At the NSE, stock opened at Rs 73 a share as against issue price of Rs 60 a share.
Currently, shares are trading at Rs 75.40, up 25.67% from its issue price. It recorded a high of Rs 77.85 and a low of Rs 71.00 at the NSE (10:55 am).
HUDCO is a wholly owned Government company with focus on Housing and Urban Infrastructure Finance in India. The Government is divesting its 10% stake in the company as part of its disinvestment programs.
