Ujjivan Financial Services, which got listed on the bourses today, settled at a premium of 10.26% over its issue price.  At the NSE, stock closed at Rs 231.55 a share as against issue price of Rs 210 a share.

Shares recorded a high of Rs 244.65 and a low of Rs 216.65 after opening at Rs 231.90 that is 10.43% premium its issue price.

Ujjivan Financial Services (Ujjivan) is the third largest micro finance company on AUM basis and one of the largest in terms of geographical reach with 470 branches across 24 states in India. It is one of the 10 NBFCs which were granted an in-principle approval for setting up a small finance bank.
