Coffee Day Enterprises, an operator of Café Coffee Day outlets, has entered capital markets with the launch of initial public offering (IPO) today to raise Rs 11.50 billion. The company has fixed price band at Rs 316 to Rs 328 for its public issue. The issue will close on Oct. 16, 2015.

The company has priced its public issue in the range of Rs 125 to Rs 140 a share. The face value of shares is Rs 10 each. The shares will list on both the BSE and the NSE.

The company intends to deploy the issue proceeds to fund for setting-up of new Café Network outlets and Coffee Day Xpress kiosks; manufacturing and assembling of vending machines; refurbishment of existing Café Network outlets and vending machines; and setting-up of a new coffee roasting plant facility, along with integrated coffee packing facility and tea packing facility. The fund will also be utilized for repayment of loans of company and subsidiary and general corporate purposes.

The book running lead managers to the issue are Kotak Mahindra Capital, Citigroup Global Markets India and Morgan Stanley India.
