Manpasand Beverages (MBL), a Gujrat based fruit drink manufacturing company primary focus on mango fruit, will be listed on Thursday, Jul. 9, 2015. The company has launched initial public offering (IPO) to raise Rs 4 billion. The IPO was closed on Jun. 26, 2015. 

The company offered 10,599,300 shares under the IPO, which got subscribed 1.40 times. The IPO price band was Rs 290 to Rs 320.    

The book running lead managers to the issue were Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, IIFL Holdings and ICICI Securities.

Manpasand Beverages is a fruit drink manufacturing company with a primary focus on mango fruit, which is the leading flavour for juice drinks in India. Its mango based fruit drink, 'Mango Sip', is the flagship brand, which is strategically focused towards customers primarily based in semi urban and rural markets.
