UFO Moviez India, will be launching public issue tomorrow April 28. It is coming out with an initial public offering (IPO) of about 6,000 million equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each. The issue is priced at Rs 615-625 a share.

The Global Co-ordinators and Book Running Lead Managers to the Issue are Axis Capital Limited and Citigroup Global Markets India Private.

The equity shares offered through the Red Herring Prospectus are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE.

UFO Moviez India is India's largest digital cinema distribution network and in-cinema advertising platform.
