Adlabs Entertainment (Adlabs) is one of the leading amusement park operators in India. The company is bringing the issue at price band of Rs 221-230/sh. The company has high debt on its balance sheet due to huge capex requirement.

Commenting on the above, Hem Securities said "As company has incurred losses in its financials, it will need time to fully turnaround its business which presently makes issue unattractive to deploy the funds in. Also, looking after present valuation of the company, pricing looks stiff as compare to its peer. Hence we recommend Avoid on issue.''
