Anubhav Infrastructure has launched its public issue today. It is offering 3 million equity shares of Rs 10 each. It has set price at Rs 15 a share. The issue and net issue will constitute 28.02% and 26.52% respectively of the fully diluted post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The issue will close on Nov. 28, 2014.

The company is currently engaged in providing land development, construction services and other related services for civil & structural construction and infrastructure sector projects.

Shares offered through fixed price issue are proposed to be listed on the BSE SME Platform.
