The Ramco Cements, is the flagship company of the Ramco Group on Friday said its board had declared an interim dividend of Rs 3 per equity share for the current fiscal year.

"The board of directors at their meeting have declared an interim dividend of Rs 3 per equity share of Rs 1 each for 2020-2021," The Ramco Cements said on Friday.

The company said the record date for payment of the interim dividend is Mar. 23, 2021.

Shares of the company declined Rs 12, or 1.18%, to trade  at  Rs 1,006.40.  The total volume of shares traded  was 13,550 at  the BSE (3.29 p.m, Friday).
