Mold Tek Technologies, a leading engineering services provider in India on March 3 said that a meeting of the board of directors shall be held on March 8 to consider the declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21. The record date for the purpose of interim dividend, if declared shall be on Mar.17, 2021.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.1, or 0.24%, to settle at  Rs 41.60.  The total volume of shares traded  was  3,918 at the BSE (Wednesday).

 The scrip has touched a high of Rs 42.10 and low of Rs 41. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 3,918. The stock touched its 52-week high of Rs 57.40  and 52-week low of Rs 29.60 on Nov.02, 2020 and May 26, 2020 respectively.
