Adani Enterprises, Ahmedabad based diversified company announced that its step-down subsidiary Ordefence Systems has incorporated a company namely 'PLR Systems (India)' on Aug. 21, 2021.

PLR Systems (India) is incorporated with the object to undertake the manufacture of defence and security equipment for supporting the Indian Armed Forces.

Ordefence Systems has an existing subsidiary under the name PLR Systems which is focussing on Small Arms. PLR Systems (India) is now being established for the purpose of manufacture of ordnance and related material Armed Forces and export markets.  

Shares of the company gained Rs 40.95, or 2.93%, to settle at  Rs 1,437.40.  The total volume of shares traded  was  159,818 at the BSE (Tuesday).
