Aviragen Therapeutics, Inc (BOTA) saw its loss narrow to $4.40 million, or $0.11 a share for the quarter ended Mar. 31, 2017. In the previous year period, the company reported a loss of $5.20 million, or $0.14 a share.      

Revenue during the quarter dropped 7.55 percent to $4.90 million from $5.30 million in the previous year period. Operating margin for the quarter stood at negative 77.55 percent as compared to a negative 98.11 percent for the previous year period.

Working capital declines
