Investmentz.com is promoted by Asit C. Mehta Investment Intermediates Ltd. (ACMIIL), the traditional broking arm of Nucleus Group of Companies. ACMIIL is an ISO 9002 certified Company and also happens to be the first Corporate Broker under the current guidelines.

ACMIIL holds the membership of BSE and NSE (equity, debt and derivative segments), OTCEI dealership, Depository Participant (CDSL), Portfolio Management license (SEBI), Money Changer license (RBI) & Forex broking (FEDAI).

In a short span of 15 years, ACMIIL has developed leading position in the entire segment of the broking industry with clients ranging from small investors to the big domestic / international banks and financial institutions.

Our Promoters

Asit C. Mehta, a Chartered Accountant, has built up the group over the years with his forward looking approach and fair business practices. Professionally he has hands on experience in debt and foreign exchange markets and he believes in extensive application of technology to increase reach, transparency and reduce transaction costs.

Deena Mehta, a Chartered Accountant and MBA, is the co-promoter. She has been actively involved in capital market reforms as a member of the Governing Board of the BSE. She has been responsible for building the equity business of the group.

Kirit Vora, a Chartered Accountant, has been associated with the group since 1988 and has been responsible for overall business and systems development.
