The scrip of Sunteck Realty, Mumbai's premium real estate developer catering to the premium and ultra-premium segment has been included in the prestigious NSE indices, the largest index and index service provider, effective September 28, 2018. The NSE today made the announcement following replacement of stocks in various indices as part of its periodic review.
NSE Indices (formerly known as India Index Services & Products-IISL), a subsidiary of NSE, provides a variety of indices and index related services for the capital markets. The company focuses on the index as a core product. The company owns and manages a portfolio of indices under the NIFTY brand of NSE, including the flagship index, the NIFTY 50.
Shares of the company declined Rs 2.35, or 0.46%, to trade at Rs 512.05. The total volume of shares traded was 78,658 at the BSE (3.04 p.m., Wednesday).
