SREI Infrastructure Finance, an industry leader in construction and mining equipment financing announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary SREI Equipment Finance (SEFL) has received investment interest of Rs 20 billion from US-based Arena Investors LP (Arena) led consortium. Earlier, the company had received a Rs 22 billion investment proposal from Singapore based Makara Capital Partners (Makara).
Shares of SREI Infrastructure Finance are trading at Rs 15.93, up Rs 1.44, or 9.94% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Monday at 1:06 p.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 15.93 and low of Rs 14.60. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 2,460,950.
Currently, the stock is trading all time 52-week high, which is above 228.45% over the 52-week low of Rs 5.01.
