Syngenta South India, a subsidiary of the company had proposal to delist the equity shares of the company presently traded on the stock exchange, Mumbai. Post offer, Syngenta South India acquired 2,498,109 shares at an exit price of Rs 730 per share and increased its shareholding together with its affiliate Syngenta Participation AG to approximately 91.86%.
