Credit rating agency, CRISIL has revised its rating outlook on the on the long-term bank loan facilities of Bang Overseas (BOL; part of the Bang group) to `Negative` from `Stable`, while reaffirming the rating at `CRISIL BBB`; the rating on the short-term bank facilities has been downgraded to `CRISIL A3+` from `CRISIL A2`.
