JF Laboratories has announced that in response to a petition for winding filed by Kotak Mahindra Bank for winding-up of the affairs off J F Laboratories under Section 433(e) of the companies act, 1956, Bombay High Court has by an order dated March 31, 2011 (received by the Company on July 06, 2011) appointed the official liquidator for winding-up of the affairs of J F Laboratories.
