Shreyas Shipping & Logistics, India's first & only container feeder owning and operating company, has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) for acquisition of one Bulk carrier of 35,152 DWT and will be delivered to the company between Oct. 15, 2021 to Nov. 30, 2021.

Shares of the company gained Rs 4.55, or 1.22%, to settle  at  Rs 377.35.  The total volume of shares traded  was  8,516 at  the BSE (Wednesday). The scrip has touched an intraday high of Rs 387.95 and low of Rs 370.55. The stock has touched its 52-week high of Rs 422.40 and 52-week low of Rs 46.10 on September 16, 2021 and October 19, 2020 respectively.
