Manappuram Finance, the credit rated gold loan company said that its board is going to consider Business plan & Borrowing program including raising of funds through issuance of Non-Convertible debt securities either through a public issue or on private placement basis for FY 2021-22.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Friday, Mar. 19, 2021 to consider the same.
Shares of Manappuram Finance are trading at Rs 162.75, up Rs 0.95, or 0.59% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday at 3:42 p.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 164.70 and low of Rs 161.10. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 290,439.In the earlier session, the shares fell 1.31%, or Rs 2.15, at Rs 161.80.
Currently, the stock is trading down 13.11% from its 52-week high of Rs 187.30 and above 115.28% over the 52-week low of Rs 75.60.
