Housing Development Finance (HDFC) has increased its Retail Prime Lending Rate (RPLR), on which its Adjustable Rate Home Loans (ARHL) is benchmarked, by 10 basis points, with effect from June 2, 2018.
The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till May. 31, 2018, falling 2.98% compared with the Sensex's 0.46% rise. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 0.76% as against 3.33% rise in the Sensex.
Shares of the company gained Rs 1.65, or 0.09%, to trade at Rs 1,845.00. The total volume of shares traded was 641,403 at the BSE (10.10 a.m., Monday).
