Shares of Cipla gained 2% today after the company has subscribed to 5% equity shares (on a fully diluted basis) of Swasth Digital Health Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation. The company aims to leverage digital technologies and build healthcare tech infrastructure.
Shares of Cipla are trading at Rs 957.50, up Rs 17.45, or 1.86% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday at 12:39 p.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 958.55 and low of Rs 931.10. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 98,840.
Currently, the stock is trading down 3.98% from its 52-week high of Rs 997.20 and above 35.54% over the 52-week low of Rs 706.45.
