SSWL wins export orders worth USD 12 mn

 Steel Strips Wheels (SSWL), a producer of automobile wheel rims, has received export orders valued close to USD 12 million from Western Hemisphere. The orders will be executed till end of Jan 2022 from its Chennai & Dappar plants.
"The orders of similar capacity are anticipated in coming months as businesses continue to recover rapidly," the company said. Shares of the company gained Rs 48.40, or 2.75%, to settle at Rs 1,808.75. The total volume of shares traded was 2,013 at the BSE (Monday). The scrip has touched an intraday high of 1,820 and low of Rs 1,750.
