Makers Laboratories and Kaygee Investments (Acquirers) have made a public announcement through Arihant Capital Markets, the manager to the Open Offer (Managers) an open offer for acquisition of upto 30,01,440 equity shares from shareholders of Resonance Specialties at a price of Rs. 55.50 a equity share.

Arihant Capital Markets, a financial services company, reported a rise of 28.30% in consolidated net profit to Rs 80.92 million in the quarter ended September 2020 as against Rs 63.07 million during the previous quarter ended September 2019.

The company’s total revenue grew 18.41% to Rs 286.22 million in the quarter ended September 2020 as against Rs 241.72 million during the previous quarter ended September 2019.Total expenses grew 17.73% to Rs 186.52 million in the quarter ended September 2020 as against Rs 158.43 million in the same quarter last fiscal.

Shares of the Resonance Specialties gained Rs 4.6, or 4.96%, to settle  at  Rs 97.30.  The total volume of shares traded  was  131,648 at  the BSE (Thursday).
