7NR Retail in it's board meeting has recomended dividend of Rs 0.5 per equity share of Rs 10 each for FY 2018-2019.

Further, the company has appointed a secretarial auditor for FY2018-2019 and internal auditor for FY2019-2020.

Shares of the company gained Rs 1, or 1%, to trade at Rs 101. The total volume of shares traded was 3000 at the BSE. (3.29 pm)
