Indian markets continued to rise for the second day on Tuesday. At 10.29 a.m, the Sensex was trading up 160.04 points or 0.45% at 35,643.51. Meanwhile, the Nifty was trading higher by 44.65 points or 0.41% at 10,831.60.
Biggest gainers in the 30-share index were Dr Reddy'S Laboratories (2.38%), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries (1.40%), Tata Consultancy Services (1.39%), Wipro (1.19%), and Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (1.06%).
On the other hand, Tata Steel (0.76%), Power Grid Corporation Of India (0.43%), NTPC (0.37%), Coal India (0.36%), Maruti Suzuki India (0.33%), and Bharti Airtel (0.31%) were the biggest losers in the Sensex.
