Indian equities dropped on Wednesday erasing earlier gains. At 9.54 a.m, the Sensex was trading down 105.99 points or 0.31% at 33,774.26. Meanwhile, the Nifty was trading lower by 23.65 points or 0.23% at 10,378.60.
Biggest losers in the 30-share index were Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (2.15%), State Bank Of India (2.07%), Axis Bank (1.96%), ICICI Bank (1.92%), Yes Bank (0.97%), ITC (0.88%) and Hero Motocorp (0.85%) were the biggest losers in the Sensex.
On the other hand, Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (1.83%), Tata Consultancy Services (1.34%), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries (1.06%), Infosys (0.62%), Wipro (0.53%) and Reliance Industries (0.52%) were the biggest gainers in the Sensex.
