IL&FS Transportation Networks announced that the Committee of Directors of the company on Feb. 1, 2018 approved the allotment of, 1,000 Secured Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs 10,00,000 aggregating to Rs 1 billion on a private placement basis.

Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 96.46% to 46,283 compared with 22-day average volume of 1,307,929.

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Feb. 01, 2018, falling 7.42% compared with the Sensex's 6.19% rise. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, declining 13.62% as against 6.86% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the company declined Rs 1.7, or 2.15%, to trade at Rs 77.55. The total volume of shares traded was 5,044 at the BSE (9.50 a.m., Friday).
