Indian markets continued to rally for the fifth day on Wednesday. At 9.48 a.m, the Sensex was trading up 29.70 points or 0.05% at 34,460.04. Meanwhile, the Nifty was trading higher by 6.35 points or 0.06% at 10,643.35.

Major gainers in the 30-share index were Coal India (1.64%), Adani Ports And Special Economic Zone (1.51%), Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (1.22%), ITC (0.98%) and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries (0.66%).

On the other hand, Asian Paint (1.02%), Yes Bank (0.64%) and Tata Steel (0.43%) were the biggest losers in the Sensex.
