GOCL Corp's arm bags order worth Rs 3.22 bn

GOCL Corporation's wholly owned material subsidiary IDL Explosives, has been awarded by Coal India (CIL) a contract for supply of Bulk Explosives to the subsidiary companies of CIL. The order size is approximately Rs 3.22 billion. The period during which the supply should be made is between November 1, 2107 to October 30, 2019.

GOCL Corporation is the parent company of Gulf Oil Corporation, which was restructured to carve out a separate listed entity for lubricants. 

Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 96.07% to 2,140 compared with 22-day average volume of 54,445.

Shares of the company gained Rs 16.45, or 3.12%, to trade at Rs 543.45. The total volume of shares traded was 2,135 at the BSE (10.09 a.m., Thursday).
