Filtra Consultants and Engineers, will be launching public issue on Mar. 24, 2015. It is offering 7,41,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each. It has fixed price at Rs 42 a share. The issue will constitute 27.03% and 25.61% of the fully diluted post Issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The issue will close on Mar. 30, 2015.
