ICICI Bank said that the bank has allotted 195,375 equity shares efface value of Rs 2 each on Feb. 23, 2015 under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

Recently, the bank allotted 125,625 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each on Feb. 19, 2015 under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

Shares of the bank declined Rs 0.85, or 0.26%, to trade at Rs 328.10. The total volume of shares traded was 518,959 at the BSE (12.14 p.m., Tuesday).
