SJVN announced that the company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hindustan Salts & Rajasthan Electronics and Instruments.

The company signed a MoU with Hindustan Salts to conceptualize, structure, implement, operate and maintain the ultra mega hybrid renewable energy (solar & wind) park at salt pan land in Kharaghoda, Gujarat.

Also the company signed a MoU with Rajasthan Electronics and Instruments to develop solar power plant at about 2 MW capacities at Kotla, Himachal Pradesh and other places in the project area of SJVN.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.3, or 1.22%, to settle at Rs 24.80. The total volume of shares traded was 204,164 at the BSE (Thursday).
