HDFC Bank, one of the leading private sector lenders, announced that the bank has allotted 11,86,405 equity shares to the employees of the Bbank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).
The paid up share capital of the bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 4829940740 equity shares of Rs 2 each to Rs 4832313550 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
Shares of the company declined Rs 5.55, or 0.58%, to trade at Rs 945.40. The total volume of shares traded was 8,869 at the BSE (10.38 a.m., Thursday).
