Apcotex Industries said a sharp rise in standalone net profit for the quarter ended September 2014. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 2.84 times to Rs 71.00 million from Rs 24.97 million in the same quarter previous year.
Net sales for the quarter rose 28.38% to Rs 905.15 million, compared with Rs 705 million for the prior year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 6.85, registering 2.84 times growth over previous year period.
