Century, a wholly owned subsidiary of Indiabulls Real Estate in Jersey has mandated Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore branch as sole Bookrunner and lead manager for a regulation S USD bond offering.

The bonds are proposed to be listed on the Singapore stock exchange and an issue may be launched in the near future, subject to market conditions.

Indiabulls Real Estate (IREL) is engaged in the business of real estate, was separated from Indiabulls Financial Services on Dec. 21, 2006 following the demerger of the company.

Shares of the company gained Rs 2.1, or 3.16%, to trade at Rs 68.50. The total volume of shares traded was 366,430 at the BSE (9.48 a.m., Thursday).
