L&T Infotech, a global provider of information technology services and solutions, and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the USD 14.3 billion Larsen & Toubro (L&T), has completed the acquisition of Information Systems Resource Centre (ISRC).

ISRC was a subsidiary of Otis Elevator, which is a part of UTC Building and industrial systems, a unit of United Technologies Corp.

V. K. Magapu, MD, L&T Infotech, said, ''As a major IT supplier, L&T Infotech plans to leverage the technology capability and experience of ISRC in order to enhance its value-add to UTC.''

Shares of the company gained Rs 9.25, or 0.59%, to settle at Rs 1,576.20. The total volume of shares traded was 129,747 at the BSE (Tuesday).
