Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have reduced shareholding in Apollo Tyres over the last three months. FIIs' shareholding decreased by 260 basis points to 34.18 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 36.78 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
Domestic institutional investors' (DIIs) shareholding increased by 195 basis points to 8.34 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 6.39 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
Non Institutions were holding 13.42 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, up 65 basis points from 12.77 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
Corporate bodies were holding 2.85 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, up 66 basis points from 2.19 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
Promoters' shareholding was unchanged at 44.06 percent at the end of September 2014.
Shares of the company gained Rs 0.8, or 0.37%, to trade at Rs 218.30. The total volume of shares traded was 208,789 at the BSE (11.56 a.m., Wednesday).
