Agri-commodity prices settled sharply higher in domestic futures market on Tuesday. NCDEX Dhaanya, an index of 10 most liquid commodity futures settlement down 0.07% to trade at 2,465.95.
Castor Seed 1 MT futures gained the most with the rise of 3.61 percent, followed by Castor Seed (2.98 percent), Maize - Feed/Industrial Grade (1.42 percent), Coriander (1.31 percent) and GUAR SEED 2 MT (0.98 percent) at the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX).
On the other hand, Guar Gum futures dropped with the fall of 0.76 percent followed by Wheat (0.43 percent), Chana 1 MT (0.42 percent), Chana (0.42 percent), Turmeric (0.2 percent) and Jeera (0.05 percent) at the NCDEX.
